Explore SIL support and home options across Sydney. We take time to understand your routines, support needs, preferences and what a good living arrangement means to you.
Home availability and suitability are confirmed individually after we understand your circumstances.

Supported Independent Living is NDIS funding for help or supervision with daily tasks in your home. It is designed for people with higher support needs who require support across the day and overnight.
SIL can be delivered in a shared home or, in some circumstances, when a participant lives alone. The right option depends on individual needs, goals and approved NDIS funding.

Practical support that encourages choice, builds skills and strengthens independence.
Careful conversations about location, routines, accessibility, interests and housemate compatibility.
SIL generally funds the support workers who help within the home. Rent, utilities, groceries and other everyday living costs are separate. We will explain what Hive provides and what needs to be arranged separately before you make a decision.
Browse each home, then talk with us about current availability, support requirements, preferences and whether the living arrangement could be a suitable match.
